Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant to support clinical teams across nearby offices. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities to grow within a world-class dental service organization.

You will travel to assigned offices to assist during procedures, take dental X-rays, maintain operatory setup and infection control, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene.

Qualifications

• Active license, registration, or permit as required; includes x-ray certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel daily to assigned offices.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support patient care.
• Assist during treatment procedures.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
