Job summary

Town Dentistry of Duluth is seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join the team in Duluth, Georgia. The position will begin by scheduling one day per month, with potential to increase as demand grows, and aims to build a sustainable specialty program within the practice.

Qualifications

• Experienced oral surgeon with ability to perform complex and simple extractions.
• Competence in wisdom tooth extractions as per provider level.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and complex surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth.
• Conduct bone grafting and related surgical procedures as needed.
• Develop and grow a specialty program within the practice and improve referrals.
• Work closely with the team to provide continuity of care for patients.

Smile Jobs is working with Town Dentistry to find an Oral Surgeon for their team in Duluth.

Town Dentistry of Duluth is seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our growing practice and expand the specialty services we are able to provide to our patients.

This position will initially be scheduled one day per month, with the opportunity to increase days as patient demand and the specialty schedule grow. Our Duluth location has significant potential, and our goal is to partner with a specialist who is excited about developing a strong, sustainable specialty program within the practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience with services such as:

• Simple and complex surgical extractions
• Wisdom tooth extractions, based on provider experience and comfort level
• Bone grafting and related surgical procedures

We are seeking a provider who is experienced, clinically confident, collaborative, and growth-minded. The right specialist will work closely with our doctors, hygienists, and leadership team to identify appropriate specialty treatment, strengthen our internal referral process, and provide patients with continuity of care within a practice they already know and trust.
