Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking an Oral Surgeon for Castle Dental practices in the Nashville area. You will perform complex oral and maxillofacial procedures with full clinical autonomy within a supported network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty Certificate required.
• Active state dental license or eligibility.
• Active DEA license or eligibility.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with referring dentists, specialists and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions and implant placement.
• Diagnose and treat conditions requiring surgical intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Practice with full clinical autonomy and access to resources.
• Build relationships with patients and referring dentists through clear communication.
• Educate patients about procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists and clinical teams.
• Lead and support the clinical team to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with standards.

• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implant placement and other surgical treatments within your scope of practice.
• Diagnose and treat oral and facial conditions requiring surgical intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, goals and overall health.
• Practice at the top of your specialty with full clinical autonomy and access to the resources and support you need.
• Build strong relationships with patients and referring dentists through clear communication and exceptional care.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatment options, risks, benefits and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists and clinical teams to support comprehensive patient care.
• Lead and support your clinical team to create a safe, efficient and patient-centered surgical environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable clinical, safety and compliance standards.
