Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited OMS residency.
• ABOMS board-certified or board-eligible.
• Eligible for Kentucky dental licensure and the required sedation/general anesthesia permit.
• Recent and upcoming residency graduates are welcome to apply; out-of-state candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.
