Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from US dental school or approved residency.
• Completed accredited U.S. Oral Surgery residency program.
• Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain.
• Active Federal DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality oral surgery care in a busy practice.
• Collaborate with RNs, RDAs, and support teams to deliver care.
• Participate in practice growth and mentorship opportunities.

$20,000 Signing Bonus

Practice Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas (Northwest Arkansas)

Schedule: Full-Time (4 to 5 days per week, Monday-Friday)

Complete Practice Support: Fully staffed including RNs, RDAs, operations support and dedicated business support center team; fully equipped including CBCT

Strong Earnings: Join a busy practice with uncapped earning potential and average annual practice production exceeding $2 million
