Job summary

Impact Oral Surgery, part of Rock Dental Brands, invites a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our El Dorado, Arkansas practice. You’ll deliver high-quality patient care within a doctor-led network, benefiting from strong clinical autonomy and ongoing mentorship.

The role supports work-life balance with flexible full-/part-time options up to four days per week. Relocation or signing bonuses are available, with competitive earnings projected between $500K and $800K annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program.
• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program.
• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain/Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain.
