We seek a forward-thinking surgeon to establish and guide the center, collaborating with experienced peers to elevate patient care and build a thriving referral network.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible in OMS, eligible for Ohio licensure, and passionate about clinical advancement.

Our team of nationally respected Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons is seeking a forward-thinking surgeon to establish and guide a new flagship facility in the Cincinnati metro area. This role places you at the center of a transformative initiative, in collaboration with experienced surgical innovators who share a vision for elevating patient care.

We are recruiting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified surgeon eager to lead a modern, state-of-the-art surgical center scheduled to open in mid-2027. This practice will provide the full scope of oral and maxillofacial services supported by advanced technology, comprehensive digital integration, and a highly skilled clinical team. The surgeon joining this initiative will benefit from extensive educational programming, robust operational support, and a practice environment designed to promote long-term success.
