Job summary

Advanced Oral Surgery in Lakeville, MN seeks a driven, board-certified or board-eligible oral & maxillofacial surgeon to join our growing team. You’ll provide full-scope OSFM surgery with a high implant volume in a digital, patient-first environment.

We offer immediate equity partnership with no buy-in, a base salary of $500,000+ with a collections-based bonus, a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus CE stipend and strong mentorship from experienced surgeon partners.
