Job summary

Impact Oral Surgery, part of Rock Dental Brands in Bryant, Arkansas, seeks a talented Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who delivers exceptional care and builds lasting patient relationships.

This full-time position offers strong support, a busy patient base, and uncapped earning potential with projected earnings of $500K–$800K and production over $2M.

• Practice Loca tion: Bryant, Arkansas (Central Arkansas, just outside Little Rock)
• Schedule: Full-Time (4 to 5 days per week, Monday–Friday)
• Complete Practice Support: Fully staffed and equipped, including CRNA, surgery techs, assistants, front office, and dedicated support center teams
• Strong earnings: Join a busy practice with uncapped earning potential and average annual practice production exceeding $2 million
