Job summary

Empire Dental Specialty Group in Beavercreek, Ohio, is seeking a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier multi-specialty practice. The role offers collaboration with orthodontic, endodontic and other dental specialists, access to state-of-the-art technology, and a strong PPO/Fee-for-Service base.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for oral & maxillofacial surgical care.
• Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on clinical expertise.
• Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
