Job summary

ETS Dental in Atlanta, GA seeks an ambitious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead and grow the surgical program from day one. The new multispecialty clinic offers an in-house surgical suite, built-in referrals, and collaboration with an orthodontist, periodontist, and soon endodontist.

You'll join a high-producing team with advanced technology (CBCT, iTero, microscopes) and 2–3 EFDA assistants per doctor.

• Georgia dental license (or eligibility) required.

Oral Surgeon needed in Atlanta, GA | $500K-$1M Earning Potential

A growing dental group has recently is expanding a practice in the Atlanta metro into a state-of-the-art multispecialty clinic, modeled on their highly successful multispecialty center elsewhere. That location houses an orthodontist, oral surgeon, two pediatric dentists, two endodontists, and two periodontists under one roof, connected to a four-doctor GP practice next door.

Now they are bringing that same collaborative model to Atlanta, and they are looking for an ambitious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead and grow the surgical program from day one.

Key Features

• Earning potential of $500,000 to $1,000,000 annually, based on production


• 40-50% of adjusted production, depending on experience and agreement


• W-2 or 1099, flexible on structure


• Sole Oral Surgeon in the clinic, working alongside an in-house general dentist and periodontist, with an endodontist joining soon


• Built-in referral base from four established general dentistry offices across Greater Atlanta, plus outside referrals


• Dedicated in-office surgical suite


• Advanced technology: CBCT, iTero, and microscopes


• 2-3 EFDA assistants per doctor, including certified assistants for IV sedation


• Projected 8-12 patients daily


• PPO practice, no HMO, DMO, or Medicaid


• W-2 benefits: health insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and $1,000 annual CE allowance


• Sign-on bonus available
