Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our Glendale, AZ team. The ideal candidate will lead surgical implant procedures, perform complex extractions, and manage tumor-related cases with a patient-centric approach.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and referring dentists to expand our referral base while ensuring the highest standard of care and safety in a dynamic practice setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Experience with dental implants and full-arch protocols preferred.
• Willingness to learn digital workflows and collaborate with referring dentists.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures including tooth extractions, dental implants, and management of tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
• Utilize a patient-centric approach and maintain a referral-based mindset to grow the referral network.
• Work with a dedicated surgical team and business professionals to ensure smooth patient care and communication with referring dentists.
• Stay updated with emergency protocols and use advanced surgical devices, with support from assistants and nurses.

Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient centric approach.
• Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
• Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
