Wheat Ridge Oral Surgery in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a motivated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our private practice full-time, with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. You will build on a loyal referral base, receive mentoring, and enjoy autonomy with strong operational support.

There is opportunity to expand into orthognathic surgery, TMJ, implants, and complex cases, with the prospect of hospital-based trauma call and ongoing community engagement near Denver.

Qualifications

• Full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon position in private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care including implants, bone grafting, extractions and anesthesia.
• Lead case mix growth and cultivate referral relationships with community surgeons and hospitals.
• Collaborate with Sr. Partner and US Oral Surgery Management to grow the practice while maintaining clinical autonomy.
