Oral & Facial Surgery Center of San Jose is seeking a full-time Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our long-established private practice serving the Silicon Valley community. A structured pathway to partnership is available after approximately one year for the right candidate.

We perform the full scope of OMFS including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, office-based anesthesia, pathology, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery, with hospital privileges at

Qualificações

• Board certified/eligible OMFS with fellowship or advanced training preferred.
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Motivated to build relationships with referring providers.
• Interest in long-term private practice ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar procedures, dental implants, bone grafting, and orthognathic surgery.
• Provide office-based anesthesia and manage pathology and facial trauma cases.
• Collaborate with referring doctors and maintain hospital privileges (O’Connor Hospital).
• Engage in mentorship and participate in growth of an established private practice with a pathway to partnership.
