Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S. dental school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Arkansas dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar/complex extractions and dental implants.
• Conduct bone grafting and ridge preservation.
• Provide IV sedation and anesthesia as applicable.
• Manage facial trauma and dentoalveolar surgery as part of a high-volume practice.

Education

DDS or DMD from a U.S. dental school

OMFS residency in the U.S.

Arkansas dental license or eligibility

DEA registration or eligibility
