Job summary

Mountaineer Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in Charleston, WV, seeks an Associate OMS to join a growing, surgeon-owned practice offering full-scope care including implants and orthognathic surgery, with partnership potential.

Enjoy a four- or five-day schedule, a guaranteed base salary of $300,000 plus 33% of monthly collections over $75,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and CE allowance. West Virginia licensure eligibility is required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Eligible for West Virginia dental licensure.
• Dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OMS care including implants and full-arch rehab (All-on-X).
• Perform dentoalveolar surgery and treat benign pathology.
• Conduct orthognathic and TMJ surgeries, facial trauma, and cosmetic procedures.
• Collaborate with team to deliver care and contribute to practice growth.
