Job summary

MAX Surgical Specialty Management is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our Vermont partners in a platform where clinical excellence is the standard, autonomy is protected, and collective success drives individual achievement.

You will deliver the full scope of OMS procedures, diagnose and manage complex cases, and collaborate with elite surgeons and support teams to build referrals and elevate the practice.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS).
• VT state licensure or eligibility.
• Clinical chops and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full scope of OMS procedures with precision and care.
• Diagnose and manage complex cases with clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with elite surgeons and support teams.
• Build referral relationships to grow practice and reputation.
