Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility with ABOMS.
• Active state dental license with anesthesia and sedation permits.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
