HighFive Dental, LLC, in Spanish Fort, AL, seeks an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to help launch a new satellite office on the Eastern Shore. You'll build patient relationships, collaborate with referring dentists, and contribute to a growing community practice.

You'll join an established regional OMS team with mentorship, a broad surgical scope, and a clear path to partnership and equity for qualified doctors. Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion are encouraged to inquire.

Help bring specialty surgical care to Alabama's Eastern Shore. A new satellite office in Spanish Fort gives an oral surgeon the opportunity to help shape a local practice from its beginning-building relationships with referring dentists and caring for a growing community. You'll be part of an established regional oral surgery team, with experienced colleagues to learn from and consult along the way.

Whether you're an experienced surgeon ready to help grow a new location or nearing the end of residency and looking for a supported start, you'll have room to contribute, access to mentorship and peer support, and a clear path to partnership.
