Job description

Description

Join an established oral surgery practice in Panama City Beach, where thoughtful surgical care and genuine relationships with patients are part of the everyday work. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or nearing the end of residency, you can bring your perspective to an established practice and build a long-term future with a supportive team. Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and experienced peer support as they grow into the role.

A patient-first practice in a coastal community

The practice’s approach is grounded in honesty, compassion, dignity, and clear communication. Surgeons are supported from consultation through recovery by a team focused on patient comfort, in-office IV sedation, and thoughtful pre- and post-surgical care.

The clinical scope includes dental implants, wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, benign oral pathology, frenectomy, and treatment of traumatic dental injuries. This is an opportunity to build a broad community-based surgical practice while delivering personalized care to patients across the area.

  • A team to grow with: Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and peer support while building confidence and developing their own clinical approach.
