Responsibilities

• Provide care ranging from dental implants, wisdom teeth, and bone grafting to corrective jaw surgery, facial pain, injuries, and fractures.
• Surgical planning and anesthesia: cone beam CT imaging and office-based IV sedation or general anesthesia, with patient monitoring.
• Mentorship and peer support: newer surgeons can access mentorship and experienced colleagues within the practice.
• Path to partnership: join a majority doctor-owned organization with opportunity for partnership and equity early in the career.
