Metro OMS is looking for the surgeon who will lead its next chapter.

You'll step into an established oral & maxillofacial surgery practice generating $3.1M in annual collections, serving approximately 7,500 patient visits annually, and welcoming 2,700+ new patients each year-with modeled annual earning potential of approximately $1.3M based on practice volume and compensation structure.

And you won't be starting alone.

Our senior surgeon is transitioning toward retirement and will remain involved to provide continuity, mentorship, and a warm handoff of established referral relationships.

A Strong Surgical Book-with Room to Grow

Metro OMS already has the case mix you'd expect from a busy oral surgery practice: dentoalveolar surgery, impacted third molars, IV sedation/general anesthesia, implants, bone grafting, pathology and a strong consultation and imaging pipeline.

The opportunity ahead is especially compelling in implant dentistry and full-arch reconstruction. The practice already has the patient base, surgical foundation, CBCT technology and cash-pay population to support that growth.

The Facility & Support

You'll practice from a stand-alone, dedicated OMS facility with eight operatories/surgical suites, CBCT and digital imaging already in place.

Marquee Dental Partners is prepared to invest additional capital around the incoming surgeon's clinical vision, including opportunities for photogrammetry, 3D printing, guided surgery and intraoral scanning to support advanced implant and full-arch workflows.

You'll also have centralized support for revenue-cycle management, marketing, credentialing, HR and supply chain-allowing you to spend your time leading the practice, developing referral relationships and treating patients rather than managing back-office administration.

The Earning Opportunity

At the practice's current and projected collection levels, modeled total annual earnings range from approximately $1.09M to $1.40M, depending on collections and the final compensation structure.

Actual compensation will be outlined in the offer and will vary based on schedule utilization, case mix and collections.
