The position focuses on delivering workshops, developing resources, collaborating with health and education partners, and contributing to program evaluation

Qualifications

• Training development: design and deliver tailored workshops for CNAs, school nurses, and educators on oral health best practices.
• Collaboration: coordinate with SNFs, school admins, healthcare professionals, and community orgs.
• Outreach: organize health fairs, school programs, and community events to raise awareness.
• Evaluation: monitor program impact and suggest improvements for care delivery and school health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored workshops for CNAs, school nurses, early learning centers, and community partners on oral health best practices.
• Create and distribute educational materials such as guides, checklists, pamphlets, posters, videos, and digital content.
• Collaborate with SNFs leadership, school administrators, and community organizations to align education with care protocols.
• Promote importance of oral health in overall health for elderly residents, chronically ill patients, children, and vulnerable groups.
• Provide ongoing support and answer questions to CNAs, school nurses, educators, and partners.
