This position offers competitive first-year compensation ranging from $700,000 to $150,000,000, with a minimum expected earning of $100,000 and four weeks of paid time off.

The practice is located south of Pittsburgh, PA, in a modern office equipped with the latest technology. The ideal candidate will perform OMFS procedures, including dentoalveolar and implant surgery, in a high-production environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery is required.
• Must be willing to participate in on-call schedules as desired.

Job Summary

We are an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking a board eligible or certified OMFS to join our team as a full‑scope associate. The position offers first‑year compensation ranging from $700,000 to $150,000,000 with a minimum expected earning of $100,000 and four weeks of paid time off.

Location

South of Pittsburgh, PA, in a brand new modern office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform full‑scope OMFS procedures with an emphasis on dentoalveolar and implant surgery.
• Place 4 to 8 arch implants per month from referrals without direct‑to‑patient marketing.
• Participate in on‑call schedules as desired.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Willingness to work in a high‑production, high‑touch environment with a partnership track starting after 12 months.
