Job description

An independent oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. This opportunity offers an established referral base, advanced technology, meaningful surgical breadth, strong earning potential, and a genuine path to leadership and ownership.

What We Offer

The incoming surgeon can step into an active clinical schedule supported by an experienced team and established referral relationships. The practice combines private-practice autonomy with optional hospital-based surgery and gives the surgeon the flexibility to shape the clinical mix around their training, interests, and long-term goals.

Position Details

• Employment Status: Full-Time

• Schedule: Three to four clinical days per week, with additional flexibility based on the surgeon's interests

• Minimum Daily Guarantee: $2,000 per clinical day, plus production incentives on top of the Daily Guarantee.

• Production Incentive: 45% of collections above the daily threshold, in addition to the minimum daily guarantee

• Earning Potential: Approximately $450,000 annually after becoming established, with additional upside based on schedule, production, referrals, and service-line growth

• Hospital Opportunities: Optional hospital privileges, elective surgical cases, and call opportunities

• Growth Path: Leadership role with a flexible transition toward ownership

Clinical Scope

• Dentoalveolar surgery, including third molars and complex extractions

• Dental implants, bone grafting, ridge preservation, sinus augmentation, and related regenerative procedures

• Office-based anesthesia and sedation

• Orthognathic surgery

• Oral pathology

• Secondary reconstruction following facial trauma

• Selected TMJ and reconstructive procedures based on training and interest

• Opportunity to develop full-arch and All-on-X services

• Freedom to expand additional services around the incoming surgeon's experience and clinical interests

Technology and Clinical Support

The modern clinic includes CT imaging, a Trios intraoral scanner, and Yomi robotic implant technology. The practice was one of the first in Wisconsin to adopt Yomi and offers the incoming surgeon hands-on access to an advanced and differentiated implant platform.

Each surgeon is generally supported by two to three experienced back-office team members. Two equipped operatories are currently active, with the capacity to complete and activate a third operatory as the practice grows.

About the Practice

Founded in 2022, this independent Milwaukee practice was built around compassionate, individualized care, advanced technology, and an empowered team. The practice has a strong foundation in dentoalveolar surgery, implants, anesthesia, and hospital-based procedures, along with meaningful opportunities to expand referrals and clinical services.

Approximately 60% to 70% of patients come from professional referrals, supported by relationships with general dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, and pediatric dentists.

The incoming surgeon will join a practice that is established enough to provide patient flow, staffing, and operational support from the outset, while still offering the freedom to influence its culture, clinical services, and long-term direction.

Ownership Opportunity

Leadership and a transition toward ownership are central parts of this opportunity. The timing and structure will be flexible and developed around the incoming surgeon's experience, performance, and long-term goals. Contributions to production, referral development, leadership, and continued practice growth will be recognized when determining the ownership structure.
