A downtown Chicago private practice with a 45-year history is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon for full-scope oral surgery, including implants, full-arch reconstruction, bone grafting, and office-based anesthesia, with hospital-based work through affiliated hospitals.

The position involves full-scope oral surgery including dental implants, full-arch reconstruction, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, pathology, and office-based anesthesia, with hospital-based and reconstructive work through affiliated hospitals.

Compensation exceeds $400,000 annually, including a $10,000 signing bonus, with additional earnings based on production. Benefits cover malpractice, health insurance, and licensing fees, with partnership eligibility after five years.
