GAC Solutions is seeking an Oracle EBS WMS techno-functional consultant with 10+ years in SCM modules to lead WMS inbound and shipping processes. You will implement and support Oracle WMS, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure SLA adherence.

The role requires experience across receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing and cycle counting, with strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills. Second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SCM modules including WMS, OM, Inventory and Purchasing.
• Experience with Oracle EBS WMS inbound and shipping processes.
• At least 2 Oracle WMS implementation projects completed.
• Provide Level 2 application support for WMS.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues, interfaces and integration failures.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents in receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Adhere to SLAs for incident, problem and change management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, development and vendor teams.

Responsabilités

• Understand current warehouse business processes and propose WMS solutions in Oracle EBS.
• Work with warehouse operations to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end warehouse activities.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and alignment with SLAs.

Oracle EBS WMS Techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of excellent knowledge in SCM modules like WMS,OM, Inventory, Purchasing.

• Good knowledge in PL SQL,Oracle MSCA, Intellinum, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
• Understand the current business process of Warehouse Management functions and provide WMS solutioning in Oracle EBS. Must have worked on Oracle WMS Inbound and shipping process.
• Must have worked on at least 2 Oracle WMS Implementation project.
• Provide Level 2 application support for Warehouse Management Systems.
• Troubleshoot WMS application issues, interfaces, and integration failures.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents related to receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes.
• Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand business issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify process bottlenecks impacting operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end warehouse activities
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, development, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Ability to be able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, multiple teams.

Ability to work in the Second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST.
