The Imagine Group, An Imagine Company, is seeking an Oracle Utilities Cloud Developer to support enterprise cloud projects and system integrations. The role focuses on CCS/CC&B/WACS/OFS platforms and Oracle Fusion Cloud, delivering robust, scalable solutions for energy and utilities clients.

Hybrid work in Buffalo-area with remote options for qualified candidates located in NY, PA, or OH, plus periodic travel to the Buffalo headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical systems analysis, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Utilities Cloud, or comparable enterprise ERP applications.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and data management.
• Experience translating functional business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion and Oracle Utilities Cloud applications across customer, operational, and enterprise business functions.
• Develop and maintain solutions within Oracle Utilities CCS, CC&B, WACS, OFS, or related Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations, application extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support enterprise application implementations, cloud migrations, and modernization of legacy systems.
• Assist with data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and system integration activities.
• Collaborate with application architects, data engineers, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application configurations, and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and vendors to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing internal application support.

Imagine Staffing is recruiting for an Oracle Utilities Cloud Developer on behalf of our client, an established organization in the energy and utilities industry headquartered in Buffalo, NY.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing IT team supporting a significant enterprise technology transformation. Our client is expanding its Oracle Cloud capabilities and seeking experienced developers to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing development of critical business applications.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Oracle Cloud development experience, preferably within the utilities industry, with expertise in customer information and billing systems, work and asset management, or field service applications.

Candidates with experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), or Oracle Field Service (OFS) are especially encouraged to apply.

While local candidates are preferred, remote opportunities are available for qualified individuals residing in NY, PA, or OH who can periodically travel to the Buffalo headquarters.

• Experience supporting customer information systems, utility billing, customer service, or CRM applications.
• Experience with asset management, field operations, work management, scheduling, or operational systems.
• Oracle Fusion HCM experience, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, or Security.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or enterprise technology transformations.
• Previous experience within utilities, energy, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with legacy enterprise platforms and integration or conversion to modern cloud environments.
