Hitachi Digital Services is seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to guide the technical delivery of Fusion Cloud solutions across integrations, data migration, reporting, extensions, security, and environments.

You will own the technical delivery plan, estimates, standards, dependencies, resource assignments, and quality controls, translating functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and leading both onshore and offshore teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical leadership experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Hands on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Visual Builder, and related Oracle technical tools.
• Strong experience with data migration strategy, conversion cycles, reconciliation, and high volume interfaces.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security concepts, environment management, deployment controls, and release management.
• Experience leading interface, conversion, reporting, performance, and error handling testing.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical design, documentation, and defect management capabilities.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore technical teams and partnering with functional, architecture, and client IT teams.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Oracle Fusion technical certification preferred.

Oracle Fusion Technical Lead

The team

Our Oracle practice helps clients transform critical business processes through modern, scalable cloud solutions. You'll join a collaborative team of functional consultants, architects, developers, and client technology leaders delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The team works across technical and functional disciplines to translate complex business requirements into secure, reliable, and supportable solutions. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership across both onshore and offshore teams while partnering closely with client stakeholders to drive quality, consistency, and successful delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The role

As an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead, you'll lead the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across integrations, data migration, reporting, extensions, security, and environments. You'll own the technical delivery plan, estimates, standards, dependencies, resource assignments, and quality controls while translating approved functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. You'll guide development using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Visual Builder, and other applicable Oracle technologies. You'll conduct design and code reviews, oversee testing and deployment, manage technical defects and root cause analysis, and coordinate environment readiness and technical cutover activities. You'll also ensure solutions meet security, privacy, audit, performance, resilience, and supportability requirements while providing technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge transfer to delivery and support teams.
