Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Oracle Manager to guide cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation on Oracle Enterprise Solutions. You will design embedded AI agent capabilities, lead migrations, and align solutions with client goals while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Oracle Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for client organizations

• Designing and delivering embedded artificial intelligence (AI) agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI services

• Leading cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives

• Conducting application and database cloud suitability assessments and translating findings into implementation recommendations

• Leading project teams, providing technical guidance during delivery, and aligning solution design and implementation to client business objectives

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise information technology solutions, including 4+ years of experience with Oracle technologies
• Experience leading or managing reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, including use of the Oracle ERP Cloud build framework for RICE objects
• Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud platform as a service (PaaS) extension using leading practices
• 2+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle service-oriented architecture (SOA) Suite
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or engineering
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Experience designing or implementing AI agents in Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI services
• 2+ years of experience designing cloud architectures or conducting application suitability assessments
• 3+ years of experience working with commercial cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• 2+ years of experience implementing application programming interface (API) management solutions
• 2+ years of experience administering Oracle databases
• Advanced degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or engineering

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
