Job summary

Calfus Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking an Oracle SCM Analyst to bridge supply chain teams and IT, owning how the business is designed inside Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

You will run workshops, write specs, configure in Oracle, build test cases, and support cutover, with emphasis on real-world processes and fast decision making.

US work authorization required; candidates with 8+ years in supply chain and hands-on Oracle Fusion experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more full Oracle implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Strong fundamentals: forecasting, inventory policy, replenishment, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash.
• SQL proficiency to profile data and validate migrations.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design workshops across planning, procurement, warehouse ops, transportation, and finance.
• Document current-state processes, design future-state flows in Oracle, and run fit-gap analyses.
• Write functional specs and configuration docs for developers and SMEs.
• Configure and prototype in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, then demo working functionality to business users.
• Define data migration and cutover requirements for items, suppliers, customers, on-hand balances, and open orders.
• Specify integrations to WMS, TMS, and EDI platforms.
• Build and run SIT and UAT, drive defect resolution, and train end users.
• Support hypercare after go-live and hand off to the client's support team.
• Define KPIs and reporting needs (fill rate, OTIF, inventory turns, shrink, forecast accuracy).

Our Fusion solutions are pre-configured by industry, including manufacturing and wholesale distribution, so our consultants start from a working point of view about how these businesses run rather than a blank fit-gap template. We also put AI agents from our Agentic AI platform into the parts of a program that burn the most hours: discovery documentation, configuration drafting, test generation, and data reconciliation.

That keeps our analysts on design decisions instead of document assembly.

For an Oracle SCM analyst, it means real functional ownership on enterprise programs, direct client access, and tooling that handles the mechanical work.

The role

Calfus is hiring a Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst to support on an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM program. You will work between the supply chain teams (planners, buyers, DC managers, customer service) and our delivery team and own how their business is designed inside Oracle.

Supply Chains are unforgiving. Product is perishable, volumes swing by day and season, customers expect next-day delivery, and a traceability question must be answered in minutes. We need someone who understands that reality well enough to push back on a requirement that will not survive contact with the warehouse floor.

This is hands-on. You will run workshops, write the specs, configure and demo in Oracle, build test cases, and stand next to the client at cutover.

What you will do

• Run discovery and design workshops across planning, procurement, warehouse ops, transportation, and finance

• Specify integrations to WMS, TMS, EDI trading partners, and route planning
• Build and run SIT and UAT, drive defect resolution, and train end users
• Support hypercare after go-live and hand off to the client's support team
• Define KPIs and reporting needs (fill rate, OTIF, inventory turns, shrink, forecast accuracy)

Focus areas

• Demand planning: forecasting for perishable and high-velocity SKUs, promotional and seasonal lift, S&OP cadence, replenishment parameters, safety stock, shelf-life-aware planning
• Warehouse and distribution: receiving through shipping, multi-temperature zones and cold chain, catch weight, cycle counting, DC transfers, load and route planning interfaces
• Procurement: supplier onboarding, contracts and pricing agreements, requisition to receipt, deviated cost, vendor fill rate and performance
• Order management and traceability: EDI, portal, and CSR order capture, holds, substitutions and shorts, lot and batch genealogy, FSMA 204 traceability, recall execution, credits and returns

What we are looking for

Required

• 8+ years in supply chain business analysis, functional consulting, or supply chain operations, including 4+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Hands-on configuration in at least two of: Supply Planning or Demand Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement
• Two or more full Oracle implementations owned from discovery through go-live
• Solid supply chain fundamentals: forecasting, inventory policy, replenishment, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash
• SQL proficiency to profile data and validate migrations without waiting on a developer. Comfort with OTBI
• Clear writing. A spec a developer can build from and an executive can read
• Able to facilitate a room with a VP and a warehouse supervisor in it, and get a decision out of it
• US work authorization without sponsorship, and able to work Pacific hours

We would be excited if you have;

• Food services, foodservice distribution, grocery, or CPG food and beverage experience
• Knowledge of FSMA 204, HACCP, and lot recall processes
• Familiarity with catch weight, shelf-life management, and multi-temperature distribution
• Experience integrating Oracle with WMS, TMS, or EDI platforms
• Consulting or SI background with client-facing accountability
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or IS, or equivalent experience

Compensation:

Salary range: Between $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year. Pay is based on several factors including geographical locations but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
