Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Oracle Subscription Management consultant to drive configuration and optimization of subscription-based services in a US environment.

You will gather business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, and design lifecycle processes covering creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and billing. Collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations is essential to streamline revenue recognition and order-to-cash flows.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate to configuration.
• Familiarity with billing, revenue recognition, and order management modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for subscription products and services.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and related modules.
• Design and implement subscription lifecycle processes: creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, billing.
• Support recurring revenue and subscription billing models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to streamline processes.
• Configure pricing, catalogs, and subscription templates.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Prepare functional specs and support development.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; support integrations with Order Management, AR, Revenue and third-party systems.
