Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking an experienced Manager in Application Design and Development to join the Oracle Services practice. You will lead complex Oracle implementations, guide teams, and drive quality and delivery across the project lifecycle.

You’ll engage with clients, manage workstreams, and apply integration and data architecture skills in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required, with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years experience in SCM/Finance app implementations in technical/lead roles.
• 2–3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS modules.
• 2–3 years hands-on REST/SOAP experience.
• Proven experience with integration platforms and Oracle methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure timely task completion.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across supply chain, finance and technology.
• Travel 60–80% of the work schedule.
