Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle Solution Architect to own end-to-end design, integration, and technical direction of complex IT solutions for federal clients, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 standards.

You will lead architecture development, guide technology selection, manage interfaces and data flows, and oversee solution design documents, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, compliant systems across missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience managing large federal IT modernization programs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex system implementations.
• Certification in project management (PMP) is highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design, integration, and technical oversight of Oracle-based solutions.
• Develop system architecture and ensure alignment with client requirements and federal standards.
• Provide guidance on technology selection, system interfaces, and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development of solution design documents ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Support requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and configuration management planning.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle including design reviews and risk assessments.
• Ensure interoperability with existing systems and support migration planning.
