Job summary

P2PSoftTek Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect/Lead to drive a strategic Oracle Cloud engagement for a large manufacturing organization. You will anchor architecture, start with assessment and solution design, and later support implementation, Canada rollout, and future expansion.

Responsibilities include leading procurement architecture, evaluating gaps, and guiding global template design across multiple countries and currencies. Remote with travel to Raleigh, NC as needed.

Qualifications

• 15 years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect or Solution Lead.
• Strong experience with multi-country Oracle Fusion implementations and rollouts.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Indirect Procurement, and Purchasing Business Units.
• Experience designing scalable global templates with country-specific requirements.
• Strong architecture whiteboarding, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Oracle Fusion Solution Architect / Lead -- Procurement

Location: Remote with occasional onsite travel - Raleigh, NC

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect / Lead to drive a strategic Oracle Cloud engagement for a large manufacturing organization. The resource will serve as the anchor Oracle architect, initially focusing on assessment and solution design and subsequently supporting implementation, Canada rollout, and future expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement architecture, solution design, and implementation activities.


• Assess the existing Oracle Fusion Procurement configuration, architecture, and operating model.


• Conduct detailed requirements gathering and solution whiteboarding workshops with business and IT stakeholders.


• Identify architecture gaps, risks, dependencies, and scalability constraints.


• Define and recommend target-state architecture supporting Canada and future multi-country rollouts.


• Design and provide guidance on Purchasing Business Unit structure and procurement operating models.


• Define supplier and supplier-site architecture for shared/global and country-specific suppliers.


• Provide solution guidance for Supplier Self-Service Registration and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).


• Design country-specific supplier onboarding and documentation requirements.


• Architect punchout integrations and catalog management, including global and country-specific catalogs.


• Define appropriate user, business unit, geography, category, and account/charge-code restrictions.


• Address multi-country, multi-currency, and localization requirements.


• Review integration dependencies between Oracle Fusion and other ERP/enterprise systems.


• Develop solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and drive architecture/design decisions.


• Translate architecture recommendations into detailed solution designs and implementation plans.


• Provide architecture governance throughout configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.


• Establish reusable architecture standards and design patterns for future business, M&A, and country rollouts.


• Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams throughout the engagement.

Required Experience

• 15 years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.


• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement.


• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect or Solution Lead.


• Strong experience with multi-country Oracle Fusion implementations and rollouts.
