Job Overview

Senior Technology Analyst – Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice. Supports large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in Oracle applications and technology, advising clients on architecture and implementation of core applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
  • Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
  • Support project teams in ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout.
  • Provide advisory services and post-implementation support or manage service agreements.

  • Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements.
  • Experience in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis.

  • Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
  • Research ability on client inquiries and emerging issues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet client demand.
  • Additional qualifications that enhance ability to succeed.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
