Job Summary

Role demands an experienced service line specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Agentic AI to design and scale AI powered services for global clients in a hybrid work model delivering high value solutions guiding complex implementations and ensuring sustainable adoption while aligning offerings with business strategy regulatory expectations and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end design of Oracle Agentic AI based service offerings that address complex client business challenges and create measurable value across industries
• Oversee translation of business requirements into Oracle Agentic AI solution architectures that integrate securely with existing enterprise applications and data platforms
• Coordinate cross functional collaboration among consulting delivery architecture and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of Oracle Agentic AI programs
• Provide expert guidance on applying Oracle Agentic AI capabilities for workflow automation decision augmentation and insight generation to improve client outcomes
• Define reusable Oracle Agentic AI patterns accelerators and reference implementations that reduce delivery risk and shorten project timelines
• Ensure that all Oracle Agentic AI solutions incorporate responsible AI practices including transparency fairness governance and regulatory alignment for client environments
• Guide multi location delivery teams in adopting standardized methods templates and quality controls for Oracle Agentic AI implementation and support activities
• Review complex solution designs proposals and statements of work to validate feasibility estimate effort and optimize cost structures for Oracle Agentic AI engagements
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data from deployed Oracle Agentic AI solutions and recommending enhancements to models workflows and user experience
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to present Oracle Agentic AI roadmaps explain solution value and address concerns related to risk adoption and change management
• Coordinate readiness of support functions including monitoring incident response and knowledge management to maintain resilient Oracle Agentic AI services in production
• Prepare and deliver thought leadership content case studies and internal enablement material that showcase successful Oracle Agentic AI transformations and industry innovations
• Manage travel ready engagement planning by visiting client locations when needed to facilitate workshops design sessions and steering forums related to Oracle Agentic AI programs

Qualifications

• Require extensive experience in Oracle based enterprise platforms combined with hands on exposure to Oracle Agentic AI capabilities applied in large scale transformation programs
• Require proven background in designing and delivering complex AI enabled solutions with strong understanding of data management integration patterns and cloud architectures
• Require deep experience in consulting or service line specialist roles where responsibilities included solutioning client engagement and oversight of distributed delivery teams
• Require strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct design workshops explain AI concepts in accessible language and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives
• Require track record of working in hybrid work environments and managing travel for client facing engagements while maintaining effective collaboration and productivity
• Nice to have experience with additional AI and machine learning platforms beyond Oracle Agentic AI to enable comparative solutioning and broader strategic guidance for clients
• Nice to have exposure to industry specific regulatory and compliance frameworks that influence adoption of AI powered services in sectors such as financial services healthcare or public domain
• Nice to have history of contributing to knowledge repositories playbooks or internal academies that uplift organizational capability in AI powered service lines

Certifications Required

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification in AI or machine learning and relevant Oracle partner specialization for AI driven solutions
