Job summary

BTM Global in Edina, MN is seeking a Solution Architect for the Oracle Retail Practice. This exempt, full-time role focuses on designing and delivering Oracle Retail solutions to meet client needs and requires strong collaboration with clients and delivery teams.

The Retail Solution Architect will lead project delivery, liaise with client stakeholders, and guide both functional and technical delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Retail systems (ORPOS, Xstore, Relate, Locate, RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• 5+ years in retail implementations and delivery.
• Travel is required on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a senior member on the project delivery team across multiple projects.
• Act as primary point of contact with key client representatives.
• Provide implementation solutions and approaches with Oracle Retail enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams across all project phases.
• Support sales meetings and responses to RFPs as needed.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and production implementation.
• Create and maintain project documents and present them to clients.
