Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist focusing on Procure to Pay (P2P) in a hybrid Washington DC environment.

The candidate will lead requirements, design, and UAT, while shaping business architecture and process optimization across the P2P area. A minimum of 12 years of experience and Oracle expertise are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS a must.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and controls.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with UAT and organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems through business analysis and architecture.
• Optimize processes and define business rules and requirements.
• Develop and manage business cases and change communications.
• Support month-end close and reconciliation in P2P; provide production support for Oracle systems.

The business system analyst is responsible for solving business problems, business architecture, process optimization, business rules, business cases, business requirements, organizational change (communications), and UAT. 12+ years of experience. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
