Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an Oracle Primavera Unifier and Web Services Administrator to join our Jackson, MS project.

The contract role focuses on administering Primavera Unifier, maintaining ASP.NET/VB.NET components, and upgrading/transforming reservation web apps for the DFA Bureau of Buildings project listing system. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Primavera Unifier experience (version 26), strong SQL/database design, and advanced .NET/VB.NET knowledge.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
Seven+ years with Oracle Primavera Unifier (version 26 experience required).
Seven+ years creating applications in multiple programming languages.
Five+ years database design and administration.
Five+ years application & database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio (VS 2026, version 18.7.2).
Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core programming.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and SQL databases.
Proficient with IIS configuration.
Proficient with Windows Server 2016–2025.
Advanced knowledge of C#.
Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier and related web services.
Assist with first-level user support and fix configuration defects.
Maintain existing ASP code for reservations portal and DFA BOB project listings.
Support DFA business owners and administrators.
Develop a new web application for DFA’s existing reservation system integrated with Primavera Unifier.
Upgrade Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10; collaborate with staff and contractors.
