Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work on complex large scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle.
• Consult with team architects and development leads regarding code architecture and design.
• Develop unit and integration tests for automated code coverage.
• Ensure query optimization through explain plans.
• Conduct manual unit testing when automation is unavailable.
• Document and review code changes prior to user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Needs ability to work on complex large scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle
• Consults with team architects and development leads regarding code architecture and design
• Develops unit and integration tests for automated code coverage of components developed.
• Runs explain plans to ensure query optimization
• Performs manual unit testing when automation is not available
• Documents and conducts code reviews of all code changes prior to user acceptance testing
• Participates in and contributes to Agile ceremonies

Qualifications

• 3+ years Agile experience required (Scaled Agile certification preferred)
• Required experience: PL/SQL Oracle Stored Procedures, Splunk
• Proficiency in JIRA
• Ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile) preferably within a financial domain
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
