You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding junior consultants and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact financial insights and guidance on cost modeling and transformation initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS solutions, including model design and performance optimization.
• Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis.
• Define metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings.
• Oversee integration of PCMCS with Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
• Design and manage data pipelines using FDMEE and Data Integration.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and reconciliation across systems.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling and financial transformation initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts on PCMCS best practices and delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

Role & responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS solutions, including model design, rule configuration, and performance optimization.
• Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis (e.g., product, customer, geography).
• Define metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings aligned with business needs.

Integration & Data Strategy

• Oversee integration of PCMCS with Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
• Design and manage data pipelines using Data Management tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Integration).
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and reconciliation across systems.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision‑making.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling, profitability analysis, and financial transformation initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor junior consultants and analysts on PCMCS best practices and project delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
