Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle ERP consultant with at least 7 years in Oracle 11i and R12, and deep expertise in Oracle Customer Data Hub and CD Librarian modules.

You will lead large, multi-location programs, perform gap analyses and package evaluations, support ERP implementations and upgrades, and train users. Travel to client sites is required; strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization; full-time permanent employment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the Oracle 11i and R12 Application Domain.
• At least 7 years of Oracle Application functional expertise in Oracle Customer Data Hub, Customer Data Librarian modules of Oracle R11 / R12 E-Business suite.
• Good knowledge of ERP Implementation in Hi-tech business industry.
• Experience in Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation, upgrade, testing and user training in Oracle Modules.
• Experience in managing large and complex programs.
• Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
• Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Minimum 4 end to end Implementations including upgrade experience
• Ability to provide Oracle consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and IT

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP projects across multiple client locations.
• Perform gap analyses and evaluate Oracle packages for client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage large, complex programs.
• Provide Oracle consulting in client engagements to influence business and IT outcomes.
• Travel to client sites as required and manage stakeholder communications.
