Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an Oracle Incentive Compensation Technical Specialist in New York City. You will design, develop, and support OIC solutions, including plans, rules, formulas, and workflows, and ensure smooth integration with Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite.

The role requires 3+ years of OIC experience, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, APIs experience, and a focus on data security and best practices. This is a 12-month+ extension contract in NYC with compensation DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (Cloud or EBS).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools.
• Experience with APIs, Fast Formulas, and Compensation Plan configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain OIC components including plans, rules, formulas, and workflows.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and data integration (ETL) processes.
• Provide technical support for OIC implementation, enhancements, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and corporate data security standards.
• Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides.
