Clinical Informaticist Deployment Site Practitioner (Oracle Health Project Manager Workstream Lead)

The Clinical Informaticist Deployment Site Practitioner supports the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. In this role, you will plan and organize discovery efforts at hospitals and clinics, conduct post‑discovery analysis to inform functional and clinical scope, and build an understanding of the client's standard capabilities and essential services.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional deployment teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure successful execution across sites.
• Plan and manage complex, multi‑site programs, aligning workstreams to strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support program execution and decision‑making.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
• Deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision‑making.
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators using dashboards and metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
• Previous Oracle Health EHR implementation experience.
• Project management experience, including large‑scale program management and strategic planning.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate Oracle Health solutions to client audiences.
• Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide as required.
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
• US citizenship required.

Position Level: Consultant | Country: United States of America

This role is on a fixed‑term consultancy basis, subject to terms outlined in the agreement. An estimated base hourly rate range will be discussed based on skills, experience, and travel. Eligible for benefit plans covering medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs where applicable.
