Job Requirements

• The candidate is expected to have 8 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
• S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 involving HCM Cloud.
• The candidate must have expert working experience in one or more of these modules along with the Core HR module: Benefits.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
• The candidate should have client-facing experience, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management abilities are required.
• Good leadership capabilities with planning, follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems. Interact with clients regularly regarding specific work efforts and deliverables.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for short or long durations.
