Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead large-scale Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients. You will facilitate workshops, define requirements, and guide delivery across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions, up to 50% travel, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 1+ years of experience leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence module(s).
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, average across engagements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and manage risks and stakeholder communications.
• Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework.
• Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support.
• Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance in delivery decisions.
• Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams.
