Trebecon LLC in New York City seeks an experienced Oracle GRC Support Consultant to manage governance, risk, and compliance across Oracle applications. Hybrid role with three days onsite at the client office, focusing on SoD, access governance, and audit compliance.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with offshore teams, resolve control-related issues, and ensure security and compliance processes operate effectively across Oracle EBS, GRC, and Fusion Security.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Oracle GRC support activities and ensure governance standards.

• Collaborate with internal audit, information security, and compliance teams.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle GRC Support Consultant to manage governance, risk, and compliance activities across Oracle applications. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing functional and technical support for Oracle GRC solutions and Oracle Fusion Security.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial application security, access governance, segregation of duties, and audit compliance. This role also involves coordinating with offshore support teams, resolving control-related issues, and ensuring that security and compliance processes operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Oracle GRC support activities and ensure compliance with established governance standards.
• Analyze Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations, identify access-related risks, and coordinate remediation with relevant teams.
• Administer user access reviews, periodic certifications, and access governance processes.
• Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities, including Advanced Access Controls, Transaction Controls Governor, and Preventive Controls Advisor.
• Work closely with internal audit, information security, compliance, and business teams to address control gaps and audit findings.
• Prepare risk assessment summaries, compliance reports, security metrics, and management presentations.
• Investigate recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle updates and patches on existing security configurations and compliance controls.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to monitor service delivery, resolve escalations, and maintain agreed service-level commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve control monitoring, automate repetitive activities, and strengthen GRC processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
• Experience supporting Oracle application security, including Oracle Fusion Security.
• Practical understanding of SoD risk analysis, conflict resolution, and access risk mitigation.
• Experience with user access certification, access reviews, and enterprise access governance.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work directly with clients and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating support teams and managing incidents, escalations, and service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Financials business processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.
• Experience with security control automation and continuous compliance monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills.
