Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle Grants Management, including participation in full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of grants lifecycle processes including award setup, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance tracking.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Public Sector stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Grants Management.
• Participate in and lead end‑to‑end implementation activities.
