Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues.
• Support users with procurement transactions, approvals, and integrations.
• Work with Oracle Support (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.
• Assist in month-end/quarter-end activities, reporting, and compliance needs.
• Document solutions, create knowledge base, and provide user guidance.
